Sausage, for future while withered you can jump to lower your hunger and then eat and regen. :) Ensure it's a head hitter, so you can jump faster!

the withering effect should've lowered your hunger so you can eat and heal, xisumavoid had the same bug where it didn't lower the hunger, one hit isn't intended to kill you

totems are removed from the loot table as fwhip said so only the totem provided is available
