In this video we get to work on building the waterfront to the city to include a marina and beach. Waterfronts are people's first impression of your city, so it's important you get ti right!
So come along for some tips but also troubles along the way.
1) Planning the shape - I often use stone - trying to improvise it in survival. I've gone for a more angular design for this city, or you can use curves, anything to stop everything being at 90 degrees.
2) Building the warehouse, beach and dockside apartments.
3) Building the raised section - it's important to have multiple elevation changes in your city to add interest. So let's build a set of apartments to go on this raised section!
4) Palm trees, bushes and resource gathering
5) Ending with a lovely lighthouse build - a simple build for you to easily copy onto your world, that'll tie the whole area together.
