Do you mean 50% speed? If that is the case then all you would do is multiply your tick speed of the command block by 2. For going backwards what you want to do is set your scoreboard number to whatever it is counting down from, an example is 60. Then where it says (scoreboard players add) you want to change "add" to "remove". You will also need to change the end number where it will execute whatever you want. In my video the end number is 60 and executes the say command, you will want to change this number to 0, or how far you want it to count backwards. Lastly you will change the reset number to your original set start number, aka 60. Let me know if you are confused, or if you would like me to create a video explanation.

The large white number is the ID of the armor stand I used. Currently there is no way to change that to show something else. The number in red is the actual number in the scoreboard. If you were using players instead of an armor stand, it would show the player name instead of the long number.

Sorry I did not get your notification. I'm sure I can help with this but I am unable to give specific instructions at the moment. Off the top of my head you can have some sort of pressure plate or button at the end that you step on/push. Have the command block connected to it, clear the command block that is making the timer tick. You can turn the first command block of the timer command line for it to need Redstone and use a red stone block instead. That way you only clear the red stone block and not the whole command block. @@itzzzjuniper Everything works the timer, everything except one thing. The amour stand in game number is showing in the scoreboard so it says “ 7129493827387 0” the 0 is the timer actually working. How do I rename the arour stand “7129493827387” to just “timer”

That I am not sure how to change. Mine does the same thing in the video. If I ever figure it out I will let you know.
