I love how they each have their moments, but steve is more emphasized, especially the ending!

At first it looked like 1.20 wouldn't have much content, but this trailer shows there's actually quite a lot!

My favorite thing about this trailer is that it reveals the fact Steve and Alex live together. My pixel people shipping heart is happy

I gotta say, I really like this update, escpecially the armor trims!

Ok, the combination of ending the trailer with Steve going in a cave to fight, while the same Minecraft YT Outro takes place in a cave, is an amazing combo. Plus, we get to see their world is action! From different locations in promo art and trailers, to all of them into one, just like Bedrock and Java having each other's parity. :D

Next update could we get a gravity affected light source? Like in movies where the character drops a torch down a deep well or chasm and they watch it drop to see how deep it goes.

all of the animation is so fluent and vibrates energy. give the animators a raise(yes i know the animators are element animation)

I like how Steve and Alex share a base and seem to be the most competent and skilled. They have the fanciest gear, and battle against the mobs, whereas the other two newer default characters (I don't remember their names) are doing more casual things like building and archeology, and cowering from mobs instead of fighting.

I love how much the animation and music fit the feel of “modern” Minecraft, while still remaining true to the original- idk if it’s just me, but it really seems to evoke how Minecraft has changed, while still retaining its old charm (especially the bit with the creeper ad the cliff- that reminded me of the old Minecraft animations :)

I’ve played Minecraft for about 7 years now it truly has been a big part of my childhood and to see growing like this is awesome. Minecraft will truly go down in history as the most legendary game or it’ll always be a big part of everyday to come

This update’s development cycle started out a lil concerning back at Minecraft Live, but they very quickly turned it around to be one of the better updates in recent times. Very nice stuff

I just found a trail ruins yesterday in my survival world… It was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had in Minecraft! I found 5 armor trims, 4 sherds, and the music disc!

I need that library house!

I have a recommendation. What if we added Quacking aspen trees to Minecraft? And we add a new mob Where it's literally a tree walking around and headbutting players? And it drops a sapling, but when you grow the sapling, it turns into a HUGE tree? Like 3 times the size of cherry trees?

I love the diversity of areas updated with this update! Though previous updates had a massive overhauls to a specific area, they often didn't go too far outside of those areas. (still loved them all though!) I really love how you'll be able to feel this update no matter where you are in the world :D!

Amazing design choice to show a hidden door using chiseled bookshelves, then make it so chiseled bookshelves cannot be pushed by pistons.
