For everyone having trouble with the command, try placing one armor stand down, then using "/data merge entity @e[type=armor_stand, sort=nearest, limit=1] {ShowArms:1b,Rotation:[90f],Pose:{LeftArm:[180f,360f,0f],RightArm:[180f,0f,90f]}}". I'm currently using java 1.21.1 and it worked for me!! :3
