An underground starter house is ideal when you initially start off, it doesn't take much to build it and it has everything you need for your survival world. It can be also used when you travel far away from your house and need a temporary place to stay in.
In this tutorial I will teach you how to build a house in minecraft very and easy and fast, a perfect survival house for all your needs that can be also expanded downwards if you need more space

In general, I consider anything ‘starter’ to be something you could get up in ten minutes, tops, which includes the resource gathering, not just the building. Anything longer, and you’re pushing the definition of ‘starter’.

Just build a second layer down you can even make it as farm or trap villagers there and trade. It could also be an enchantment room

This is an actual starter house you can use! Most "Starter houses" need like 5 stacks of wood and 30 stacks of cobble. This is functional as a base for survival! :D

This is such an amazing house and the best part is that you can actually expand it if you go down a layer or two. You can make some real cool tunnels, or an actual bunker from this. It's AMAZING.

Built this house on my survival world always have a little bogging starting because it’s hard to make a good house this house was straight to the point easy functional and you can design it anyway, would recommend 💯 just need to add more layers and expanded when you get lower, add rooms for enchanting brewing and more storage. This is a masterpiece

I built this when I was quite well established and I expanded it two more floors down. even tho I have plenty of resources to build a huge base I simply don't see the reason. this platform is very good. would recommend

The only thing that I skip is the glass and top part and made it one layer deeper, just so that the house is hidden. Also, I tend to make several of them a bit distant out which act more as a temporary shelter.
