Great video, i just have a few tips for you. Firstly the title is lacking. The title doesn't need the number 10 it just doesn't look good in the title. The title could've been said like "The Worlds Worst Minecraft KZfaqr Pvp Kits". Its better mainly because it isn't limiting the content and its also clickbaiting in a way as it is almost making the video seem to be unique by mentioning "the world". The start was perfect! it got my attention by using the music as well as the bold words which will help with the retention as it immediately gets the viewers attention. Also as i was watching the video you had a lot to say but less action was being shown. The best case for you would be to add more cuts and increase the volume of the music a tiny bit. Also have an end goal for the video so that we will watch the entiretyof the video knowing that there might be an achivement at the end of the video. Make sure you end your videos ubruptly/ a bit faster so that we wont click off the video the moment you start talking about ending the video as it hurts the watch time, however your video ends pretty moderately so its fine. The thumbnail doesn't really match the title and its has a basic to no meaning. So thats why i recommend you changing the title of the video so that the thumbnail could match more to what the title is saying. Because if you were to make a thumbnail of 10 different minecraft youtubers in the thumbnail then it would look very unpleasant and mobile users wouldn't understand it. and for this case your thumbnail doesn't really match anything of the title so your losing tons of views right there. So always think of the title of your videos and making sure you have a thumbnail that matches its so that people scrolling on youtube will like to click on the thumbnail due to it matching the titles premise. To claim this video as its own standing on the search bar always restate/reword the title of your video in the discription and in video tags as seen at the right side of your screen. You restated the title in your discription but you didn't do it for your video tags. Doing that would give you a simple #1 most of the time wich is good so that you'll be the only person to appear if anyone were to search up something similar to the tag. Also use your old channel as a promotion for this channel. The channel you had with 9k subs should have a link at the end of each video linking to this channels newest videos for more views as well as bringing some of your older viewers to navigate to this channel. You can use your old 9k sub channel to create shorts from gameplay that you are doing on this channel as well if you want. also make sure that the thumbnails you make never has any words in it because its hard for mobile users to read that and most of the time they will just skip over the video except the thumbnail you show has no words and its vibrant. Also use youtube dark mode then check all your videos and compare it to other youtubers to see if yours stands out like everyone elses, because a high percentage of people use youtube in dark mode and tend to click on vibrant looking thumbnails or the thumbnails that seem intriguing and unique. Great Vid! - you need to work on better formated titles - better thumbnails (the looks of the thumbnail is nice but it doesn't really make sense as its supposed to corralate to 10 Minecraft KZfaqr's Terrible Kits somehow)
