They're real players. It's interesting because the guy who created the addon made a server and player entity from scratch. He also uses a server to contain the ARC lobby.

Yes. It even has a matchmaking system.

notice how the mingebag jumps away when the guy starts taking damage from the melee stuff meaning he also gets damaged in his game

they are players, you see them as mingebags they see you as one.

It's a player, believe it or not. It's a SingePlayer addon that needs Wi-Fi and the same player on the same map (gm_construct 13 beta) with the same addon.

You can exploit the code of the addon and make the mingebags appear all the time

if a mingebag (player) appears in your game, you have the ability to draw missing textures (or not depending if you have error fix mods, content mounted, etc.) with your physgun
