America is A good option but depends Czz high quality of life and expensive However nationality is given around 8 to 10 years After completing his specialisation in MBBS he will be granted work visa there if he found any job so he would be given walk Visa and after few years he will be granted PR I mean green Card then he can apply for citizenship
