Mini chicken Pot pies
Ingredients I used in video
Holy Trinity
Garlic
Pre-shredded chicken
Frozen vegetable mix
Salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Tropical sazon
Thickening agent (2 tablespoons of flour, mixed with some butter)
Heavy whipping cream
Chicken broth
Puff pastry
Egg wash (egg + water)
You don’t have to use the large muffin pan that I use you can complete this recipe in a larger vessel like a 13 x 9 Pyrex or a pie pan
Fill the puff pastry cups up with the mixture add your puff pastry to the top of the cup. You can close it off if you want to to completely enclose the mixture, you don’t have to. I didn’t on five out of the six and they were completely fine.
Have your oven preheated to 350. Let them cook (mainly the puff pastry) for 30 to 40 minutes cook through.
