Why do yall cake up dirt and call it “restoring” bullshit.

All this bike needed was a good pressure washing to remove the mud you smeared on it and it would have been fine.

Love how in the beginning it wouldn't start (In gear) but after no engine work or electric work just a detailed cleaning it starts right up ( not in gear) 🤫

What a great "restoration" bike almost looked new under the purposely put on mud.

You know if you would have said "got a new bike and I'm repainting it" this would be an acceptable video but it's just a con. 😞

Restoration? Rub mud on something and lightly coat everything in paint just to take it apart and repaint and wash the light coat of paint and rubbed on mud off isnt a restoration and painting chrome wheels chrome when they could've just been polished up the paint will just flake off get an actual rusted up bike that actually needs restored instead of a perfectly fine bike

Looks like it was mostly fine, somebody just wiped dirt all over it. Real hard restoration there, required special tools like a garden hose

Kinda weird how that “rust” has seemingly formed on non-metal wiring covers too. Just because the brand of paint y’all used said “RUSTOLEUM” on it, doesn’t mean that makes it real rust… now matter how much mud you rub over it.

Its like a shoe restoration video they run mud all over it so it looks worse than it is.

I'm rebuilding one at the moment it's over 20 years old and has been sitting for 15, it's not in bad shape but the more I look the more I find broken or missing! The rear wheel sprocket was not the right and has broken 3 out of the four threaded holes in the rear wheel which I have Tig alloy filled and re-drill and tap. Then there is no key for the gas tank so now I'm a lock pick and have opened it so I can fit a new gas cap. I've gotta get the stanchions re-chromed there not something you can hit with a chrome spray can! It's orange and black Still deciding on the colour change. Maybe purple and black.
