Hello everyone and welcome to this Mini Course Test.
Firstly I’d like to thank you all for following along with this series on KZfaq. The comments and feedback you have been leaving me have been amazing! Thank you :-)

As of today I’ve uploaded 8 mini courses to KZfaq which represents a little under 5 hours of teaching time. While it’s important to keep moving forward and learn new things this shouldn’t be done at the expense of losing what we’ve already been through!
To make sure this doesn’t happen I’ve put together a Mini Course Test featuring a compilation of questions from all eight previous Mini Courses.
The goal is to find out if the Spanish you have acquired from series so far is on solid ground, leaving you free to progress onto Mini Course 9, or whether you should to go back and revise.
Once you’re done be sure to leave a comment below the video to let me know how you got on. If you have any questions or doubts I’ll address them all in the next lesson!
Remember it’s not a race so take your time, use that pause button and think out your answers.

I told myself if you finish 90% of his free material and memorized it, I would buy the course. I wanted to be slightly ahead of myself. I did it in 6 months. I dedicated actually 2.5 hours a day religiously. I started taking the course this month and it’s very inexpensive. You can be charging so much more!! Honestly the best teacher in the whole world. I have spent so much money on apps and books and classes and I when I stumbled on your free material, I was astonished how much I was retaining and critically thinking through the answers. I have referred my friends to you. The way you structure the sentences with intent and talk about why it’s like this and not like that is impeccable. I don’t know how one could be so patient in putting this together in the simplest format known to man kind. I know this is over the top what I’m saying but I wanted to take the time to write a true heartfelt message. I’ve been wanting to learn so bad and couldn’t. I literally am amazed how much I know! And how I can understand more than I can speak. I’m not sure if it’s normal but I do very well at home alone but if I’m in front of native speakers, I forget everything. I definitely think it’s confidence also. Anyways I just wanted you to know that you are amazing. Thank you for putting out golden education. Honestly. I’ve made a lot changes in my life and one of my goals is to become fluent in Spanish and I am!!! I no longer put limitations on my mindset.

Absolutely by far the best spanish teacher on youtube. You just deliver you dont go on and on about how amazing your teachings are you just do and omg it works. As soon as i have enough money to purchase your complete lessons i will! With you i qctually learn to speak and my vocab has grown so much. Thank you paul. I even have a person who i live with from chile (native speaker) and even he said your lessons are very good.

I am amazed at how quickly I am able to use what I've learned. Today I spoke to my butcher in Spanish and he was blown away:)!! Great teaching Paul, hopefully I will be able to take the real class soon.

Its amazing how much you have taught me. I notice during a film or a series I put the subtitles on Spanish and I can recognize many. Also I am able to see how you are progressing us to the next levels. Gracias Paul. I love the Spanish language too because of its respect for others. Your course is amazing! Obviously I do study regularly and a person will really need to include regular studying in their lives to pass this test, but the way you lay everything out and ask questions enables me to realize how much Spanish I already know and it encourages me to continue. compre el curso hace 15 dias. acabo de terminar Level 5 del curso. soy escoces pero vivi en brasil muchos anos y hablo portugues que me ayuda mucho. tengo pracer en decirle que anote muy bien en la prueba. es muy importante repetir, practicar y concentrar....asi podemos avanzar. este metodo es muy practico y junto con peliculas en espanol, radio y tele estoy muy feliz con los resultados rapidos. muchos gracias por su trabajo!

Hi! Mr. Pual, I am all the way from Sri Lanka. No one speaks here Spanish. But I had an interest to learn Spanish and tried to learn few months back but unable to do it because no one here to speak with. Dear Paul. Mucho Gracias. tu eres un maestro fantastic. I have taken the test and have passed and this also is something which is a good quality of your teaching. I want to however identify some mistakes that either you have done intentionally to find out who does the test with care, or they are just a typo. anyhow I noticed two but I will point out one in the test section of mini course 5. where you have given the English sentence as 'I know it is important but I cant be here today because I just found out that I have to work'. so in the Spanish translation by mistake you have translated it as 'Se que es importante pero no puedo hacerlo hoy porque acabdo de descubrir que tengo que trabajar' . I hope this shows that I did the course with extra care. :)

Wow! I'm feeling pleased with my progress. I am half way thru Paul's paid course and took this test for fun. Got at least 90% correct. Also enjoyed not constantly having to restart this video due to what I'm guessing is too small of a server for the course.

I was studying in English college two years ago when I was in Rome, whilst we had an Italian teacher who used to teach for two times a week, I wasnt able to speak Italian partly because I was learning the language academically. During summer holiday I went to stay with Italian family for three months after which I was able to talk to anyone in Italian fruently and happily. Learning and teaching the language is a science as nostros amigo Paul is doing but speaking the language is an art. I really appreciate Paul for you unique loving heart, able to share what you know freely and happily, I assure you God will bless you for this Emeritus Anicet

I had fun with this test. It's a good way to see how much of the basics I still remember even though I've been studying, speaking, reading, and writing Spanish fluently for more than 42 years now -- besides, it NEVER hurts to review the basics once in a while in any event! :)

I am from the netherlands i learn my spanish very slowly i must admit. Perhaps it is nu age perhaps it is nu love for perfection. So i bought your lessons and will see how far i can get in a year. Hey guys, really I speak spanish :v amm. My english is very bad, but I practice somethings of the lenguage. Mr. Paul, it's a test very incredible, I had liked. Though even I am in a English academy, I don't carry so time in this, only carry one month and half. I wait that some people look my comentary and if is possible can me to help correct it. I just completed the quiz. I got the majority right but I had some minor mistakes. (14) missed due to forgetting a word here or there, but overall, I retained almost everything, so anyway, I went back over again what I missed, and I think that will strengthen me for your future courses. Thanks for this quiz. It was a great refresher.

Thank you very much Paul for the series of mini course! I love your teaching method. I am a very slow language learner but I found your leasons are very easy to learn. My problem is to remember vocabolaries. I guess the only way to go over it is speak it out and repeat the lessons many time right? Could you please give me some sugessions? You are the best teacher I could find online!!!

Hello, yes you need to use what you learn or you will lose it. As you go through your day try to test yourself, how do I say this? What's the word for that? This way you're using your Spanish and it will become permanent knowledge. You won't forget!
