Love this concept. Does he say or recommend a limit to the amount of mini habits one should practice? How many should we focus on?

I don't remember what the book says, but I would limit it to 2-3 a month. Once they become a habit you can start to focus on other mini habits and build routines

What if the end desired goal is to workout 3-4 times per week? Then 1 push up 3-4 times per week??
