Wow! 😮🤯 I am truly impressed with this board that you made. Simple and practical but really powerful mini board that looks like it will cover anything you’re doing. Brilliant video and breakdown.

Thank you! That was my goal as you said, simple, practical, but not feeling limited that I couldn’t play something.

Geez, that thing is crazy.

Your signal flow is far less complicated than I’ve made mine and it does soooo much!

That's the goal! Simple but versatile!

I love your ambient tone where you can hear your guitar and the ambient sound behind it. Can you tell me how to get that sound with my Pod Go?
@ElyVaz_4 ай бұрын
Thank you! The Pod Go has the same effects so definitely achievable! I think if you're going for an ambient tone like what I did here then you should play with the pre delay so that your guitar signal sits "on top" of the reverb rather than within it. The reverbs in the video has pre delay settings of 28ms for stage one, 49 ms for stage two and 104ms for stage three. My delay had a mix of 40%. Hopefully that helps!

Thanks this will help a lot.

Can you make a video of how you program the mc3 with Hx stomp? I have trouble doing that

This is great! Just a question: did you consider using snapshots and why do you prefer the tap/double tap/hold with a midi controller?
@ElyVaz_4 ай бұрын
I haven't yet! ill probably experiment with them and see if I can make them work for me. Off the top of my head I believe the hx stomp only does 3 snapshots though. So in theory I could set song parts like intro (snapshot 1) , verse (snapshot 2) , etc. Personally, I do not like to be locked in set settings for songs. I much prefer to select in the moment cause I may not always want to play the parts the same. There's simply not enough snapshots to have every combination of drive, modulation, delay, and reverb, that I could want ready to go so having the midi controller set up this way makes it so I can always select and combine whatever I want for any song section. Maybe not as easy as setting up snapshots but that's just how my brain works!
