This honey cake is without oil! It's very easy! No need to roll out the cakes, bake for 10 minutes! The recipe is lazy and easy. You can make this honey cake in the shape of a cake, but we will make it in the shape of small cakes. And we will decorate them with chocolate decor and crumbs!
Recipe: 14 pcs
For the dough:
3 eggs
100 gr sugar
170 gr honey (0.5 cups)
200 gr flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tablespoons starch (I have corn starch)
For the cream:
500 gr sour cream (I have 15% fat)
2 tablespoons icing sugar
For decoration: (optional)
50 gr white chocolate
1 tablespoon honey
1. Two hours before baking, weigh the sour cream at room temperature (or put the sour cream in the refrigerator overnight in advance) so that the glass of the whey and the sour cream is thick.
2. For decoration, melt white chocolate in the microwave, pour it onto a pimpled film, spread it evenly and put it in the refrigerator to set.
3. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar into a fluffy white foam, then, while continuing to beat, pour in honey. Then sift the mixture of flour, starch and soda into the egg honey mass. Stir everything until smooth.
4. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper, flatten and bake in an oven preheated at 175 degrees, top-bottom mode until browning. Check for a dry toothpick. In my oven, the biscuit was baked for 10 minutes. Do not turn off the oven.
5. Remove the biscuit from the baking sheet and remove the paper. Cut the circles out of the biscuit with a recess 5 cm in diameter. And return the trimmings to dry in the oven for 5 minutes.
6. Stir the weighed sour cream with powdered sugar.
7. Grease the biscuit circles with sour cream and connect two circles with the side greased with cream to each other.
8. Grind the cooled and dried cuttings into crumbs using a blender.
Coat the sides and top of the cakes with cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
9. Decorate some of the cakes with white chocolate as shown in the video.
10. put the cakes for 2 hours in the refrigerator for soaking.
