Que otra cosa se puede añadir a las galletas molidas que no sea mantequilla derretida, ya que las galletas están hechas con mucha manteca y agregarle más mantequilla me parece muy mantecoso y pesado. Ojalá pudiera dar algunas otras alternativas. Gracias

Love this! I’m just wondering why this recipe needs 400mL whipping cream when some of your other cheesecake cups recipes need only 300mL. Would it affect this recipe if I add 300mL instead?

You can add either amount. More cream makes for a lighter texture. 300 will work fine.

You can use any chocolate you enjoy eating. The caramel can be homemade or store bought. This one was a store bought caramel sauce for ice cream.

To voverm, I normally put them in a large plastic container like Decor with a clip lid. For 50 people you will need 3-4 batches :-)

Baelynn Flores on a cool day they can sit out up to 30 minutes. I like to serve them chilled.

Fantastic recipe! I just want to ask, I noticed that there's no gelatine in this recipe. I've made one of your other cheesecake recipes without gelatine but I noticed that the cheesecake gets very soft after a little while being left out. I've also tried adding gelatine and I've noticed that after melting the bloomed gelatine and mixing it through the cheesecake mixture, the gelatine becomes a long stringy clump.. Is there any way you can help me on this please?

Generally I only add gelatine if I am not serving the cheesecake as a cup dessert. if you use gelatine, add it to the mix while it is still hot. If it's added cold/cool it will set far too quickly before it's fully mixed through.
