I m an italien girl and this recipe could Be Nice if you put more layer of biscuit in it.There is Not enough biscuits in yours and it s important for the taste and the texture of the tiramisu to really feel the different layer in every bite😋

to be honest, mascarpone cheese is "almost" flavourless, so you could definitely substitute it with a cheaper alternative like creme fraiche or in some countries, fresh cream, and its like 1/2 the price of mascarpone. You could also add a teeny bit of cream cheese into the fresh cream to get a bit of that tangy flavour found in mascarpone, but it doesn't make that big of a difference

Nice video but she did the assembly wrong. It's supposed to be soaked lady fingers in coffee, cream, repeat that assembly till the top. Then once you put that final cream layer, you dust with cocoa powder... Not cream all the way to the top. I was really enjoying the video and it's aesthetics... until I saw that.😪 Y'all messed up...😪
