So this is a style that I've wanted to try forever but just thought it would look right because of my legnth! Well my sister inspired me to go ahead and try it lol im so happy i did! the LCO seems to be the best method for me!

Everything you said in the beginning about having doubts about it being cute is what I'm expecting with my hair. But I'm going to do it because just like you, I pull and style my hair too much. This will keep my hands out of my hair for a bit. Yours turned out cute.

I thought it looked cute on you! I just started wearing my hair like this as a protective style I have 4c low porosity hair as well i usually blow dry my hair to stretch it but wanted to give it a break and focus on health not styles for a little bit

Looked cute both ways. You need to embrace the shrinkage. I spritz with water every morning to get it to lay the way I wanted and put in a moisturizer. Would last me 2wks

I find them effective in that I can do them myself and redo them if they get fuzzy. And you look nice. No comb different.

You have great hair...I'm kind of surprised because you have really given it a workout and abuse. But you're lucky. I've seen so many women who are on their way to bald because of what they did to their scalps. Good hair probably runs in your family...it would be fun to see pictures of your mom's hair :)

Whose watching this video in 2022? It’s me ... I’ve been doing this style for the past two months & my hair is shorter than yours but definitely 4c all day long mixed with some 4b. I love this style. It’s low maintenance . All I have to do is spray some water to refresh them & i’m good to go. So cute on you. Loved how it came out

Am I the only one who feels like the direction that you twist your hair matters for the outcome? Trial and error has taught me that when you twist in the direction of your curl pattern, it comes out way better (I still suck at this though lol). I think that's why hers look SO neat and juicy.
