In total kindness, you should look into getting some help for your anxiety or allow yourself to take a break to let your mental health heal a bit. Anxiety is super common, but that doesn’t mean it’s normal. You’ve sounded like you’re on a brink of a meltdown for a couple months now, and I just want you to be okay girl. Whether that means stepping away for a bit, starting a medication, or building better habits that helps you mind and body, whatever it may be, I hope you let yourself get better 💓

If you are worried about how you are naming your videos, let me give you a little suggestion. Instead of limiting yourself by saying "what I read in a week" and having people worry about how much you are or aren't reading, you could just say "spend a week with me", or even saying "a realistic what I read in a week" which will give you more freedom to do all of the other things that you need to do. This way, you aren't forcing yourself into a box where people are expecting one thing from you. I would still watch whatever you put out there either way because I adore you, but do what works best for you! On a side note, I also love the Witches Brew Alani. Whenever those come out it signals my brain that it is now fall even though it is 80+ degrees outside here in Ohio. haha

Well just gotta say I’m 30 now, and I survive off of caffeine and naps and my heart has not failed 🤣 been that way since I became a mom almost 10 years ago! 🙈 I now have 4 children and if I didn’t nap or get my energy drink/coffee fix everyday I’d be in a permanent mombie state 🤣🙈

My husband has heart failure. He was struggling to breathe, had a racing heart, and his doctor told him it was “anxiety.” Then he had a massive stroke that could’ve been prevented with the right medicine. He has a pacemaker now and is doing good. (Other than the fact he has permanent brain damage. He has aphasia, walks with a cane, and can’t use his right arm).
