This should be applied before bedtime on clean area and nothing to be applied over it at night. Next morning you can continue with your daily routine including the sunscreen.

You can use it but follow the instructions carefully & apply it during bedtime on clean face, once in a week (as a beginner). For underarms, initially use it twice in a week.
