Once goods is received in delivery transport point .. And need to be dispatched to the buyer but the validity of the bill expired.. Can still the delivery transporter can send the goods to the buyers if the distance is under 10 km

Sir mera gst west bengal ka hay. And mera office address v same gst address pe hay. Agar delhi se order milta hay and delhi k whole seller se mal direct buyer ko de deta hu to mujhe 50000 k upar e-way bill generate karna hay yeah nahi.

My query is that, if there are three persons involved in a transaction Under “Bill To Ship To” concept Example : 1) ‘A’ is the person who has ordered ‘B’ to send goods directly to ‘C' ‘B’ is the person who is sending goods directly to ‘C’ on behalf of ‘A’ Whether E way bill is generated by B To A as well as A to C. ?? If yes , then which vehicle No. will use to generate E way bill while making invoice From 'A 'To 'C '?? 2) in same senerio if 'B' is sending goods to transporter for delivery on Godown by filling part A of way bill only, and Part B updated by Transporter with multiple vehicle number till door delivery then in this case which vehicle number should A will use to generate E way bill while making invoice to C ?? *SIR PLEASE HELP ON THIS MY PRACTICE FACING ISSUE* 🙏🏻 by video or by comment.. A is generating bill to ship to e-way bill so, he will write B's address/details in bill to and C's in ship to And if you don't have any vehicle number given by your employer then try to make it without vehicle number and LR No. But transporters ID is mandatory.( I've tried it). 2. If you have so many vehicles numbers then add all.. 1st add one vehicle number, submit,note down e-way bill number then go to Update part-b add 2nd, submit,and continue it.

1. First of all In case of Transport of Goods for a distance of more than 10 km but less than 50 km - generation of e-way bill is mandatory but it is not mandatory to mention the details of the conveyance in the e-way bill. 2. Second condition is if the bill amount is more than 50 thousand , E-way bill generation is mandatory. Only if above 2 conditions are fulfilled E-way bill generation is mandatory.

Hi Way 1 : you can have different dates for Tax Invoice and Eway bill because Tax Invoice and Eway bill can be generated before commencement of movement of goods . There is no requirement that these have to be generated at the time commencement of movement of goods Way 2 : Government always promt or warn us before the downtime of the website so that all the users are requested to make necessary arrangements to carry out the activities such as E Way Bill generation, updation of Part B, Extensions of E Way Bill , Generation of IRN, Cancellation of IRN, Generation of E Way Bill by IRN etc. before the scheduled downtime so as not to affect the business requirements/processes.

I can help you in it. 1. As per the notification dated 22 December 2020, No. 94 /2020. the validity period of e-waybill will be changed from 100 KM per day to 200 KM per day from 01/01/2021. 2. The Validity of EWB can be extended only by the current transporter. If transporter is not assigned, then the generator can update. The validity of EWB can be extended between 8 hours before expiry time and 8 hours after expiry time. Steps are : Step 1: Login-> select 'Extend validity' under 'e-Waybill' option on dashboard. Step-2: The E-way bill form appears->Click on 'Yes' against Question 'Do you wish to get an extension for this EWB? ' at the bottom of the screen. Enter the reason for extension as well. 3. After an e way bill expires, the transporter/ generator with his valid GSTIN id may extend the validity period of the e waybill, after updating the reason for the extension and the details in PART-B of FORM GST EWB-01. This is available on the site itself.

Sir ager transport other state mai ho or motor gadi se goods transport ja raha ho or supplier se tranaporter ka distance 15 km ho but other state hy to part B mai transporter assin karke kam chal sakta hy ya motor no bhi dalana jaruri hy
