Venue, Sonet & Punch offers the same Cabin Space including the Rear Seat Comfort. Punch offers 3-Cylinder engine with noisy & vibration wala engine. metal sheet of 1-2mm thick can be attached at bottom of sedan for around Rs 15k.. my friend has a vento and he got it almost 10 years ago and it has helped the car.. and now with virtus or slavia have good ground clearance so 1-2 mm sheet don't lower the car that much.. but for honda city at 165mm it will not be that good..

Bhai I own tiago and travelled almost 40000 KM in all terrain from Mountain to highways. From Kedarnath to Dwarka. It all depends upon your driving style, obviously you need to be careful and keep in mind ground clearance but it can go anywhere. I never faced any issue as far as ground clearnence except couple of times which is possible in higher ground clearance car. (I am not saying good ground clearance is not useful).
