With a non-random nonce? Not a single chance, a single miner in the world with a sequencial nonce would be able to submit the valid block before the GB had the time to send it. [EDIT] I was wrong because every miner must provide its own solution. The same nonce won't give the same answer for two miners. Fun story : a digital newspaper once proposed to readers to mine crypto while reading articles as an example... To their surprise, they did snatch a few unexpected coins and gave the value to charity. (It was before hackers noticed that nothing forced to actually *ask* the users if they wanted to lend their machine to mine...)

This is not how it works, as the stuff you are hashing is unique to you (you put your reward address in the block)
