There was drama in Parliament this afternoon when the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Maj Gen Kalinda Otafiire came under fire for allegedly using his position in government to grab public land on which Njeru Stock Farm sits in Buikwe District. The land in question is under the management of the National Animal Genetic Resource Centre and Databank, which is tasked with scientific animal breeding

Otafire, since when was Njeru your land. Where were you when the family of Kalule Ssetaala was developing farmland in that area? You were but a fledgling student, not even in Kampala...... Suddenly, by virtue of your "Untouchable" status, you go around grabbing all this government land!!!!
