just to be clear I know minnesota had 8 AA's I was talking about living in this house. I am a big time Gopher fan. Somebody just contacted me to let me know how wrong I was about 4 AA's because the Gophers had 8. Lol

Why is coconut water is good for cutting weight

Coconut is very healthy. Its cleans the body and flushes toxins out. The more toxins gone the less weight. It cuts down on yeast and sugar in the body. Be warned though, if your eating junk food it will just flush you out!
