Yuki Yuna is a Hero: Chapter of Washio Sumi (結城友奈は勇者である: 鷲尾すみの章 Yuki Yuna wa Yuusha de aru: Washio Sumi no Shou) is the newest edition to the franchise. It will be the official animation of the novel and has been separated into 3 movies (Friends, Spirit, and Promise), and will then air as a television show. Significant differences will be seen between the animation and the book, and the movies will be slightly different then the anime.

Sonoko: 21 Mankai/Sange (retain all memories, hearing & sight) Karin: 5 Mankai/Sange (lost both hearing & sight) Seems to me like Sonoko was quite lucky. I can't even to begin imagining a world where I can't see and hear anything; a world of isolation & darkness.

2:55 was the scene Misery playing really settled in for me and actually fit the scenario, even though this song has been played a few times. This particular scene of Sumi crying out in anger and grief as she transforms really sells it and the music amplifies the situation and emotion

I always wonder. Their sensei. Is she one of the former heroes.??? (The graves with over a ??? Of heroes dead. And sensei being as old as she is. I say...has me wondering

A month late but still maybe an answer, i don't think that Aki was a hero herself since she is part of the Taisha, and she is too old to be one or to has fought as one, but maybe a decedent of the NoWaYu Miko Aki, which might explain why she was close to the Heros since Hinata had a big impact on Wakaba similar to Aki's impact on Tama to protect Anzu, so maybe she is ordered to take her role and prevent the Heros from giving up or killing/ let others be killed. But then the possibility for her just be there to prepare the Heros since it is not an official and open thing anymore that Heros and Vertex exist, so this might be the most logical case. Well the graves are most likely graves from the first Heros that appeared, so NoWaYu Heros and the hand full of the solo Heros outside Shinjus barrier, the Mikos, since the WaSuYu Heros were to my knowledge the first divine era Heros that's it with Heros, Mikos maybe and maybe also Sentinals, so since it most likely is a Taisha graveyard there are only the first known Heros and Gin, except Chikage buried and a ton of Mikos, but also a possibility of the Yuunas since the whole Yuuna factor thing, same goes for the Nogi family.
