Sir can I maintain the hair using minoxidil, multivitamin(follihair) and PRP once in a month ? I have taken finasteride for 2 years now stopped since last 2 month because I am married and planning for a baby. I read some research paper that finasteride may cause some complication so better to stop before baby planing. Please clear all my question.

completion of hair cycle is in 3 months so once you take prp sessions after 90 days you can take another prp session that is enough not once in a month,as long as you can use vitamins and minixodil spray but must take 2 to 3 months gap after using minixodil .yes for a time being you should stop finasteride not take a risk but mostly there is no side effect of fanisteride only 3 percent face testosterone problem .

yes exercise is very important , you can use minoxidil and finasteride as well , daily one tab of finasteride and use minoxidil spray at night in morning massage your head with oil and wash at , avoid hot shower and last keep your hair short.
