Is Minswap the best DEX on Cardano? In this video I will give a high level overview of Minswap, the good and the bad, and even a possible future price target to watch out for. This video is not financial advice, and there is still a lot more research to do. Please be safe and God bless.

Good video and I know you are being very careful with your price prediction, but 1,000,000,000 for a top DEX on a top 10 layer 1 is extremely low lol. Especially in a 2024. UNI was #12 in Feb of 2021 when the bull started going off and that was 8 billion. Number 12 crypto of feb 2017 bull run was 4 billion. Every bull run the numbers jump up considerably because that much more money keeps getting put into crypto as a whole. We also have to account for inflation of MIN. In 2024, we will def have a larger supply of coins on the market. If Cardano is still a top layer 1 in 2024 (which I think it will be) and min is the top dex (which I think it will be). It should at least be around 10 billion mcap in that bull run (just as it's getting started). I respect your modest prediction though.

Thanks. Appreciate the comment. I did use a modest prediction and a fully diluted prediction together to account for variables we might not know and for inflation as you said. I think DEXs on Cardano could be a major play for 2024-2025 although I wouldnt hold them after that. I would buy to sell them all in that time frame. I like $MIN because theyre the top and largest DEX. I also need to do more research but like $MILK (muesliswap) as well.

I didn't think the men swap token would be worth anything because it doesn't have much utility don't you think if we could use it for transaction fees and so forth voting bonuses and so on we'd be able to cash out more.

Could you explain what the utility of the token is?

The last time I looked into the token utility of $MIN this was a governance token for the platform with revenue sharing properties going into effect. The minswap team is taking a portion of their fees and allocating them to buying back MIN, which is like a stock buy back reducing the supply on the open market. If you are just looking to make money in the next bull run, I would also comment that token utility does not have to be as prevalent if you are looking to exit your position in the next bull run and not hodl longer. For instance, UNI (uniswap) did not have much utility but went parabolic last bull run.

@@dawsonallen thank you for taking the time to respond. For my crypto investments im looking for the long term. The only utility i could find online was governance. If that was the case investor would be inclined to sell quicker. In my opinion the project does not explain the utility of the token very well.

@@julesdeboer766 I would agree that this token you probably want to sell all of it before the end of the next bull run. Something with more utility such as a BTC, ETH, ADA would be better to hold over many cycles because you know the blockchain has to use it to function

@@dawsonallen if the token had real utility i think i would keep it. I think minswap could be the biggest dex on cardano and they are here to stay
