½ Cup Onion finely chopped
½ Cup Carrot finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
¼ Cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp asafoetida
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Salt as per taste
Oil to fry
Water as required
To make slurry:
½ cup gram flour
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Water as required
