I will say that since Pat and Lyle transposed their material songbook to date at then the late 90’s, wonderful things like this began to sprout up all over the world !

Spot on, pure, youthful and the guitarist can hang! Accordion solo is a nice touch followed by a moving vocal and string section. Excellence throughout.

Like I said in previous comments, I'm still listening to this on my way to work at least twice a week as I think this is just perfect. These young musicians really have something to be proud of and I wish them nothing but best in their future endevours. Bravo!

The rawness of the original sung section feels sanitized here. It's just not possible for an improvement on the original - it's too complex to rework it into something as powerful. This is interesting but what I found in the first recording was jaw dropping.
