I work in the mental health field and I agree that it’s out there more now, which is awesome, but the more we keep talking about it, the more we can decrease the stigma! I do not suffer from OCD, but I do struggle with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and I do really appreciate how open and supportive the ASMR community is! So thank you for that :) 3. In response to your mascara-popping-video question, I think it’d be cool to do a video alternating between different kinds of mascara, lip gloss, and lip sticks where you’re opening and closing with the popping and lid sounds! Oooh girl I hear you. I spent $63 on my Pat McGrath foundation. When it came time to make a makeup application video, I was making sure I BARELLLLLY used any 😂

I have panic attacks to ...you definitely are not alone ...they are horrible ...mine have gotten bad over the years ...I have a chronic anxiety disorder ....I get naseaus when i have mine ...my brothers have been helping me through it ...my youngest one decides to move closer to me so that if I needed him I have him 5 minutes from me ...he knows I experience panic attacks and he hates that I suffer em ...but he always checks in and talks me through em ...and something about having older siblings is so soothing ....they defintely have been a huge help !!!! Im so excited to have them around me ...and so thrilled to have my baby older brother settling in soon behind me ..should be another week and he'll be 5 min from me ! Yeah !!!!
