He said on the post fight presser that the punch put him off balance, and that confirms it. He wasn't hurt, just put off balance. But the guillotine was legit under the neck, and if Stipe wasn't a great wrestler with one of those wrestler necks, he'd have lost it there.

Check out Jon Jones' fights, the difference in how he fought Shogun or DC (second fight), or Gus (second fight), where he was roided up, VS how he fought Reyes or OSP when he wasn't actively juicing because he was under the loop. It's legit like his fight IQ which he is notorious for dropped as well. It's not just strength, speed, recovery, etc. It makes men sharper, affects their brains as much as it does their bodies. Jones without roids looks like an average top 5 LHW. Jones with roids is nearly unbeatable.
