Clever trick thanks Gaffer!

Gaffer, I have the spectator shuffle and cut as many times as they like. Then I tell them I'm going to look through the deck and make a prediction, while fanning the deck in my hand. I catch a peek at the 8th card and write on a piece of paper, placing it under the box. No crimp or stack. I pulled this off in a tavern/restaurant with 16 or so people at once. I handed out cheap decks, a pair of die, golfing pencil and a piece of note pad. Then had everyone shuffle and cut and I went table to table and to make my predictions, writing table # and card in my pad. Standing behind my table at the front, picking up a large pair of die(Dollar tree) and say I know what you're thinking "look at the size of his pair" showed them what to do. After everyone was finished, I'd call out the table number and card. They did everything themselves. The looks are awesome. Cheers my friend!

I have just read '202 Methods of Forcing' by Theodore Annemann. There was an unusual method which you might like. Stack the top nine cards such that when dealt into a 3 x 3 square they make a magic square. Put your force card 15 cards below the stack. Deal the cards face down, ask the spectator to pick a row, column or diagonal. Turn the cards face up, add up the values. Deal fifteen cards face up and you have your force card.
