5 Incredibly Dark Secrets Nobody Knew About The Agreste Family In Miraculous Ladybug!
Miraculous Ladybug’s story wouldn’t be possible without the Agreste family. Adrien uses the Cat Miraculous to become Cat Noir, and Gabriel uses the Butterfly Miraculous to become Hawk Moth. As heroes and villains, the pair impact Paris on different sides of a long battle. Their influence is so prominent that the series' first five seasons are considered the “Agreste Arc.” Despite the Agreste’s importance, their backstories remained secret for most of the series. It’s not until Felix decides to tell Marinette the truth about his past in the episode “Representation” do dark secrets about the Agreste and their extended family become revealed. In today’s video, we’re reviewing some of the information we learned from the episode.

according to the story Felix and Kagami told Marinette... the Graham de Vanily family were European aristocrats, and into this family, twin sisters were born, identical in looks, but contrasting in personality the elder sister, Emile, was named heiress, because she was born first, but she hated life at home and wanted to be free the younger sister, Amale, was studious and obedient, and acted more like how a proper heiress should behave the parents of Emile and Amale started rethinking their decision of choosing an heiress and believed they may have made a mistake choosing the heiress based on the order of birth Emile grew to be a spirited young woman and was allowed to travel the world, she met and fell in love with a common tailor named Gabriel Agreste, who had the ability to design clothing that reflected the image within the wearer's soul, Emile chose to abandon her status as heiress and marry Gabriel despite protests from her relatives, Gabriel eventually became a world renowned fashion designer thanks to Mrs. Audrey Borgouise acknowledging his talents Amale, on the other hand, replaced her sister as the heiress and resigned herself to pleasing her parents by marrying a wealthy, but heartless lord of war, her marriage to her husband (presumably surnamed Fathom) was a loveless one Amale and Emile both tried for children, but they had difficulty conceiving

Emile and Gabriel found a solution through magic, they became acquainted with Madame Tomoe Tsurigi, who introduced them to Natalie Sancour, a treasure hunter of magical artifacts, and with Natalie's help, Emile and Gabriel discovered the Miraculous Grimoire, the Butterfly-Moth Miraculous and the Peacock Miraculous Gabriel kept the Butterfly-Moth Miraculous, while Emile took the Peacock Miraculous and used its power to "become pregnant" when Mr. Fathom heard this, he flew into a rage and yelled that his wife deserved a child more, so in order to help Amale, Emile convinced Gabriel to lend the Peacock Miraculous to Mr. Fathom, and Gabriel did do that, but in exchange, Mr. Fathom had to provide Gabriel with a bodyguard to protect his future child Mr. Fathom was against use of sorcery at first, but he eventually gave in and used the Peacock Miraculous to "get his wife pregnant with a manifestation of his jealousy" Emile gave birth to Adrien Agreste and Amale gave birth to Felix Fathom, the cousins looked identical, but like their mothers before them, their looks was all that they shared

Mr. Fathom and Emile fell ill from using a damaged Miraculous Emile eventually "became comatose" and was placed in suspended animation within a special pod that her husband made for her Mr. Fathom blamed the decline of his health on his son and refused to love him, Felix did not understand why his father kept yelling that he was a monster, he was completely at his father's mercy, unable to disobey the unreasonable orders or protest against the abuse it was only when Mr. Fathom finally died from his declining health that Felix felt free at last

felt bad for both Adrien and Felix both had terrible fathers. their fathers died as monsters; however, Gabriel chose to died as a father and set things right. Colt; however, failed to accept the fact that he made those chooses. but they also have loving mothers.

Gabriel was a control freak, and a few things more, but never called his son a monster, he was really happy to have him, he never resented him for the death of Emily. He wanted Emily back, and that made him a neglect father. But he wasn't abusive like Colt, until he went crazy after the use of the all miraculous at the same time.

I just feel terrible for Adrian having a father who is a control freak! I know he loves his father but I didn't like it when he became hawk moth and then later on shadowmoth and then he became monarch! Also I never wanted for Adrian to be trapped being held against his will by his own father! But I'm glad Gabriel redeemed himself when he reunited with Emilie! If I were Adrian I would try to reason with Gabriel and confront him but it's impossible no one could ever reason with him! The truth is I try to have an overprotective father! And ever since my mother died it was not the same anymore! And ever since then I really wanted to be with my older sister so badly! But to be honest some of the men could be very rude sometimes! My father on the other hand I know he loves me but as much as I love him too I really want to be with my sister more than anything in the world!😢

Also when Cat Noir was so heartbroken when Miyora (not sure how it’s spelled) releases the senti-ladybug out of existence... He angrily says “how could you?!” and tries to attack her but Hawk Moth steps in and attacks him before he could hurt her.

Fun fact: in strike back, Felix got the dog miraculous, while Adrien has the cat miraculous, which *COULD* represent that(in the time of the episode) Adrien & Felix are oposites of eachother

For the new season I think a good twist would wringer be Adrien finds out his dad was hawk moth and he’s a senti and gets mad at marinette so she gets akumituzed by Lila plus Lila hates her with a passion. Or Adrien finds out and is hurt so bad that he gets akumized by Lila and becomes cat blanc or sm OR he willingly joins Lila’s side due to feeling betrayed by marinette. (Sry this is a lot!)

I dont understand one thing... in season 4 finale when adrien and felix swapped each others' places and felix went to disobey gabriel (becoming the same as adrien) he first asks gabriel that he does not wanna go and then when nathalie says (she was wearing the ring) that adrien you have to go then felix obeys her... was not the amok in that ring was of adriens??? Because she thought that they had eliminated him as a possibility. And even then she still had him as a prime suspect. I think the main reason is because of the affect it would have on Adrien, he lost his mother and he really didn't need his father being a super villan. Chat Blanc PTSD flashbacks...

It was Master Fu, long ago when he was a child he use the peacock miraculous to create a sentimonster to get some food however he lost control of it and it went on a rampage and he accidentally dropped the peacock and the butterfly miraculous and lost them. The butterfly miraculous managed to survive the drop however the peacock miraculous unfortunately got damaged.

@@jonathansianez8274 your missing the point, when Master Fu lost control of his sentimonster, he was on the run and he accidentally dropped the two miraculous in the lava and he believed he lost them forever. The butterfly miraculous managed to survive the drop however the peacock miraculous got damaged.
