Nobody is interested to spend money in Kaliug. Nobody is afraid of 8th house because it gives sudden and huge money. But we are relieved of the tension of 12th house. This video gave me a lot of hope, I have 12 H Tau Ju and Pi Ve Ma, I thought my life is going to be a huge 12 H, Pi exhaust, which to some extent it is, but good to know there are so many benefits coming with it. Thank you! Never heard of anything like this. Only terrible things about 12 H, my 7th lord, too.

@@saurabhsagavkar5161 thanks for the update sir, could you explain why and my biggest concern is with bava concept it may fall in between two rashis but if that is the case then lordship of planets gets messed up. For example: Lag - 27 deg rishab Jupiter - 3 deg cancer Moon - 3 deg Meena With this placement most ppl predict this as a second house Jupiter and tenth moon based on bava. I feel they will still do 3rd and 11th lord aadipathyas for the native.

You are contradictory: any planet that is in the 12th house rules 1 or more houses, so how can it be very good when the planet is i the 12th house and then be very bad the ruler of any house be in the 12th hou se?
