Thank you so much for continuing to show us the beautiful natural areas to be found in rural China. It is fascinating! I have also had those times when the kids are more interested in the stones than the waterfall. Oh well, there is beauty to be found everywhere, and watching the boys enjoy themselves is its own reward. 😊

Wow, look at 4:10 I'm not prepared to such a spectacular view. No wonder Miriam describes it as "really beautiful". It's like the Grand Canyon but in a cool and wet climate, with large lakes in the canyons.

My family has a travel camping guide we live by, summer or winter.... We stop at 4 in the afternoon. We feel this gives us time to setup camp & prepare a lovely dinner & rest. In the morning, we wake at a natural time & prepare a full breakfast....then we carry on. Our travel is slower and kind

I wanted to add that I would really love to watch all your videos on tibet. I hope that you are able to produce many episodes of your adventures there. I dont know much about Tibet except for Lhasa and that;s about it. What you have shown in this particular video is just mind blowing. I hope that you can produce a series of all the places that you visit in Tibet, the food you eat, the markets, the restaurants, parks, etc etc etc. thannk you !

Absolute stunning scenery! So good to see you, Yonghong, Sansan and LiAn back in video. Both boys love to collect stones, just like my son did. I kept all his stones in a container since he was three years old. Now, when he opened up the container, he brought up his memory and told me what he was thinking about each stone in his little mind.

what a gorgeous shoot of the country and terrain. Can you kindly advise if a normal person can suffer from altitude sickness in Kabula and all the places that you show in this video ? The boys are also so beautiful and healthy. A real blessing ! Fan from Singapore

My answer would it varies for different people.Some would suffer a lot even in Xining.Meanwhile some don't have any symptoms of altitude sickness even in higher areas in Qinghai.😅

想介紹得好，必須先寫好講稿，反復练习及反復比對番正確資料,認真改善講稿的真實性。 拍電影每一個鏡頭或台詞未能達標，都重拍再重拍直到滿意為止。 開始時可能要用好多時間，進度好慢。 但這樣是最後可以將這個毛病解決，攞出勇氣面對它，當超越這困難之後，所有問題都迎刃而解。 而且孩子看見你們這樣認真面對及改善問題，他們都學到正確面對自己的不足都能有所得益。 你們全家都有這個問題，為孩子勞力加油。

I don't think this traditional Tibetan way of eating is healthy. Before liberation, the average life expectancy of Tibetans was only 30 years old, and they lived on these diets in addition to grazing. I think this diet has had a big impact on their longevity. On the contrary, the increase in life expectancy of Tibetans after liberation is precisely due to the change of traditional eating habits.
