Veenus made that decision to perfectly catch the backlines. Because the enemy shot calls that "wise(jungler) is dead let's take lord" not knowing that vee was plaaning for a flank. What a perfect shot call for vee

Thats the most unexpected flank that i ever witnessed even even euphoria didnt know that blacklist is gonna flank in the backline its just unfortunate to euphoria they did nothing wrong cause its a normal response if you kill the enemy jungles you burst the lord

It was actually a bait call from blacklist. Given that wise is a tank jungler. Forcing the enemy to use almost all of their ultimates and focusing to take him down. That gives blacklist an opening for a conceal play coming from the back targeting the squishy heroes of the enemy without ultimates. Plus the late appearance of Oheb on the otherside giving the enemy a hard way out and closing the game. So yeah! It is an absolute insanity from veenus to shotcall that play with a very minimal amount of time and a risky one too. 😄

No. Wise was caught off-guard but since a lot of enemy ults and skills were used, the shotcall was to counter initiate which was smart from Veenus.

@@deograciasbautista3607 I'm not an expert but if you look at how Wise turns to the bush, knowing the enemy's just around and then stays there? Gosh, that's a bait. Just look how the other members place themselves to clash the enemy. If it's just some coincidence, then lucky them. But I strongly believe this is how Venus' brain works 🤔

They instinctively flank the carries upon the collapse on wise, if you look at 1:49 the mage and marksman is out of position and their front line is way at the back near the lord resulting in dead carries and spooked frontline. Vee's shot calling is sight to behold

I don't think they let that happen, but the shotcall maybe was initiated by wise, he's the one who knows how many ults were thrown at him and let veenus decide whether to counter-initiate or not.

They expended alot of skills just killing wise skills are on cooldown on the enemy side its a common call especially for pro players that are aware of enemies cooldown timers.

Wasting 4 ults on only 1 player, no matter how tanky that hero is, is just a wrong move. Knowing that BLCK is still complete. That 5 v 1 play is already disadvantageous enough to Wise so why use 4 ults to secure the kill? It's a bait. Wise was a bait. V33nus predicted that if they use Wise as bait they would waste their ults. Because killing Wise would give EUPH advantage in getting the Lord seeing EUPH was off straight to Lord after the kill but wasn't able to because BLCK was already ganking them. As per BLCK, they are just waiting for the enemy team to make a mistake so they can use that as a way to win.

perfect counter play. they've used their skills to Wise, then cecilion and beatrix was in the open and out of position to fight thats why they go for the counter play. Its 5 vs 4. But no way cecilion and beatrix with fight headon. So not a risky play if your basis is just 4v5

Yes! I still think that wise baited them. Knowing how wide play for so long he's the most patient and safest jungler because he really play safe especially in Lord of turtle fight but I was wondering why he do that but I think it was planned all along by wise. There's this live where veenus said that wise is the best on baiting the enemy that's why I think it was wises's call followed up by veenus

No. Veenus is the shotcaller, Hadji gives information to the team since he can check the bushes. After that, Vee makes a plan to initiate or counter-initiate. Only the captain calls the shot. And it is evident on Hadji's live before that their shotcaller was Veenus

@cdmmyeah agree. all of them are roleplayers and gives info in every minute of the game. comms is what blck has mastered. but i think whenever they are in a position that they need to set team fights or reclaim the momentum especially macro, venus still got the final calls. This is why it would be interesting to hear more of their comms in game (just like in their mission episodes) we get to see how professional and meticulous these players are

Epic... I think they learned bating really from btk in m3.. Rem Game 1 when btk would force a fake clash to get vee in his yve to use RWM.... Ever since M3 BLCK has had many variations of baiting.... They use ... Lord Turlte even themselves...

That btk lose really humbled them and they took it in a positive way (literally crawled their way to the top) but this baiting game is already a thing in mpl ph ever since but it is more prominent from blacklist since they are objective-centered. They didn't learn it from btk, they were surprised bcs btk also knows how to bait bcs other regions are not as objective type as much as ph meta (atleast from s7 to present).

it was actually a normal response to burst if you see the opponent's retri holder alone, but blck (which are more experienced obv) knows this already that's why they took advantage of it. But if theyre not facing any veteran team, euphoria's game is really great.

Wise was trying to get flank but got caught. Burned a bunch of shit and their whole team was up levels and items. Plus there was nothing to trade back given the state of the minions and all towers being down. This was just simply a standard pro play play. It wasnt too spectacular. They got a jump on the backline and the fight is won they only lost their tank. Blacklist is dam good but you guys are overpraising them.
