Klose was never as popular as 'super heroes' like Messi or CR7. He was never a technically football player. He just put the ball into the net or played a simple but deadly pass. And that's why I still love him. His simple way to play football and getting the best WC scorer of all times. He just put those damn balls in. Almost every time. He put them in. It's that simple.

tbh, Klose had SPEED. People never mention his pace, but he was fast. A great dribbler & finisher. Great heading ability. Great speed. Really good tackler. Defended from the front. Hard worker.

It looked like that for many people but he had actually a good technic and he was a master in headers. Some of the goals he made for Bayern and the national team were just spectactular to watch but yes he dont like to do oversteps like Ronaldo used to do or something like that but he used his technic for scoring goals. He just made sure all the time that the ball goes in while others want to look spectacular when scoring a goal. For example a soft kick is enough to tip the ball in while others want to hammer the ball in the top corner to look impressive and that often end up in shooting 50m above the goal.

As a young german I was a big fan of Klose so I watched a lot of Lazio's games. Now in 2023 Lazio is still my favorite Italian club thanks to him and I'm still looking for a lot of games... CMON EAGLES ! La prima squadra della capitale FORZA LAZIO

Lost the final in 2002...went out in the semifinal in 2006 and 2010...and then he finally won the thing in 2014 :) He is a legend and more than this! He is the best! A humble Legend! 16 goals at the world cup! Praise the men till the end of times and make a freaking movie based on his life!

If you say that tap ins are that easy, why didn't other world class players did it in the world cups 16 times? Klose is one of the most efficient players in front of the goal. If you pass it to him, mostly a cross on head, he will put the damn thing in. He just knows how to move inside the box and always is difficult to defend against.

I don't think I ever saw, and probably will never see in top league football, a player that asked the referee to disallow a penalty! This guy has values and being a top player is not an excuse, like Henry and Rivaldo, to mention a few that were shameful concerning refereeing decisions! Klose is one of a kind!

Esempio di vita. A distanza di anni ancora i brividi. Lo trovavi a fiumara ( Fiumicino ) che pescava con i pescatori locali. Ma che sanno l'altri, Miro Klose è un campione dentro e fuori dal campo spero di rivederlo presto dirigente nella Lazio.
