Unfortunately it looks like we will have another season of choosing between being monsters in AOE and/or Single target while being mediocre in the other….. unlike rogue, fire/frostmage, warlock, shadow, dh, hunter, feral, dev who are allowed to be just good or great in some cases at everything with barely any trade off

Yeap, I agree, great changes to the class tree! (I am only frost player, so can't comment on unholy tree changes). I am very happy and excited, because I can choose pretty much everything I want. Now, I just cant wait when the new expansion is out so that I can annihilate everything with my two-handed obliteration deathbringer!!! As always, thanks for the great video!

Wow, I had so much fun with Mirror Ball in Legion so I can't wait to use that talent again. I still remember in Kil'Jaeden prog I'd be able to easily tank every meteor wave, since you could remove one debuff AND prevent the next one with a single use of AMS. I thought for sure it was one of those "too OP, to bring back to the game" abilities, can't believe they chose to give it back to us.

I would assume that Unyielding Will only removes debuffs that you could already pre-ams. With this assumption, this talent just makes AMS weaker in the vast majority of situations. Only use case is when there is a debuff that is randomly applied on X number of people in the group, so you can't consistently pre-ams it. Even then though, you can usually just use AMS and hope to get the debuff applied to you. The downside for a wasted AMS is usually non-existent in these situations, and this talent would only be useful in the small amount of scenarios where there is a big downside for pre-AMS'ing and missing. Is there something I'm missing?

will you upload any videos of dungeon runs on alpha? would love to see some damage breakdowns with the new hero talents etc. hoping for a disease playstyle again

So great changes for sure. But i will have to change my build wile i am running Dungeon What is this(some Macro? will I have to chose 1 target or AoE? again ? Am i going to enjoy it? Were is my horse?-is it Out?

honestly not that much of a fan. (sudden doom) epidemic consuming wounds just means that we need need to spread wounds more. tab target pam is not something I want to play. sure vile contagion exists, but it's on a longer cooldown (just like sweeping claws). i fear we will reach some gameplay like "if 3/3 targets have a wound, use epidemic, if 1/3 use dc, if 2/5 (with enough hp) spread wounds". honestly a "2-4 targets?" (depending on build) use of DC/Epi is enough and it just depends on the build. not on wounds on target

Hello, i wonder if unyielding will (remove magic effect) and vestigial shell (2 mates get minor AMS) will work together do we get group utility in m+ as dk now?

How does the new sudden doom proc work with Doomburst (pvp talent) could you burst three wounds with one coil?

I wish they would just bake everything scourge strike does into festering strike, make festering strike cleave in aoe with dnd and maintain plaguebringer and just make DC and epidemic burst wounds. That way there is 1 less button we need to press. If we are san'layn unholy we will be pressing scourge strike alot because it will become vampiric strike which will cleave burst wounds and now epidemic too and since we can do wounds and diseases we will be trying to spam vampiric strike and epidemic in aoe still but now weaving in festering strikes to make sure we always have a wound to pop or just be locked in to abomination to feed us diseases and wounds

O.o can't all classes get a pally rework? At least they are fun and easy to play.

I still think the abomination/army should be a choice node, it is so stupid to invest a capstone talent then wasting another point immediately to replace it with an alternative summon. Unless abomination can perform just as good on ST, we are being gated again.

Hi @Bicepspump, great video, as always ;) One remark I have, for the Unholy tree, is that Unholy Blight and Defile, should swap places. I think that Unholy Blight is redundant, it does minor dmg and just spreads diseases, which we can already do with Outburst and now Abomination summon. However, we are forced to take it to get to the Bursting Sores, and we can take Ebon Fever too, so Defile (as much as I BLOODY HATE that spell), just hangs there! Don't get me wrong, Defile is great spell, but its visual is what stopped me from playing UH this season (things on the ground are hard to see as is, put Defile on top of it and you got urself a recipe for disaster!). I'm really hoping that pet build will be viable for M+, with Sudden Doom and magus summon, but Bursting Sores + Ebon Fever + Vile Contagion... Dear god, its going to melt packs. Another note, I hate Plaguebringer sharing talent with Clawing Shadows, but that's subjective more or less. Class Tree looks awesome though!

Love that sudden doom change, it has so many nice implications too for the overhall flow and feel of the class. Now I'm just praying for a lone wolf kinda talent where you let go of your main pet for some kind of buff.

I wish Death Echo wasn't a capstone talent. its not that strong but lets you keep damage flowing while have a bit of lee way incase you DnD and you have to leave it. Control undead should be removed and replaced with Death Echo.

The problem i see if that the PVE team dont seems to speak with the PVP team. I am a main unholy dk pvper, but so many AMS will be unbalance, between class and hero talents. Question, Can you try the new sudden doom with the pvp talent doomburst and tell me what happens with the wounds please? About festering strike, maybe that unfinished talent just belos apolipsys could that festering strike put 3 wounds always and increase the reaming duration of your deseases by 2 secs per strike.

Blizzard need to split Abom and Army as a cd so we don't have to spend 2 talent points only to get 1 cd out of it, that's just bad. we also should have more option in our last talent row for UH, right now we are paying for way to many 2 point talents, what they should add is more Diseases/undead talents, something were you burst your wounds you raise skeleton warriors, or when you burst your wounds your disease get stronger, here is a good opportunity to add Necrotic Plague.

I miss the unholy set up wounds build where ya pressed festering alot. You could have massive dmg during cds and still have great dmg as long as ya setup right and read how long the pack was gonna live correctly. S4 UHDK pls lol =p

Still Pet Build only for Single Target and Diseases exclusively in AoE/M+. With the choice for Magus doing big AoE now.... Lame!

I believe the and change is really for pvp and not for pve. All and does in pvp is add 5 seconds to your death timer because caster dots eat through the shell so fast in season 4. I think you have to consider both types of content when talking about class changes because unlike raids in pvp you have to deal with the other classes entire lot especially in a battleground type setting.

General tree for Bdk feels super restrictive still, esp in keys, too many defensive and offsensive nodes, not enuf points to take fun utility....
