Mirror glaze cake ~
Ingredients :-
For Cake :
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4
Maida - 1 cup + 2 tbs
Milk powder - 2 tbs
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup or as required
Cake tin used ( 6 *2 )
Oil for greasing
Butter paper
For Icings :
Whipping cream - 1 cup + 1/4 cup
For glaze :
White chocolate - 125 gm
Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
Liquid whipping cream - 1/4 cup
Pipping gel - 1 tbs
Colour used :
Red, yellow, orange
(Colour and quantity of colour can be changed according to your requirements)
