Unfortunately, the PS VR2 build we provided to content creators exhibited several graphical glitches, including missing shaders, unlit textures, and inconsistent lighting in certain areas (resulting in some locations appearing overly dark and textures lacking depth). Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. These issues have since been addressed with a recent patch. Additionally, we've made adjustments to anti-aliasing and LOD draw distance. Тhese improvements should ensure a smoother and more visually pleasing experience upon tomorrow's launch. We've also communicated these updates to all content creators. However, it's uncertain whether these changes will be reflected in their previews, as most footage may have already been recorded and videos scheduled for publication.

Lazy port

Considering that pretty much everything looks better on PSVR2 with DFR, it's obvious this is a bad port. We are spoiled on PSVR2 with some of the best looking VR titles out there, so it's really baffling when this crap happens.

There are at least three other reviewers who have rated the game very poorly due to non-existent enemy AI and other issues that are just laughably bad. If you want to play make-believe that you're fighting enemies as you may have done when you were a kid, it looks like Stride: Fates may work, but if you actually want to fight enemies and be challenged, Legendary Tales all the way. If you go for scares, I heard Madison is great, but its origin on flat screen also shows through some of the game mechanics they chose to use.

Maybe, but Joyway have a reputation for pushing games out the door and leaving it at that. The fact they've attempted to address some issues and have DLC for this game is already more than they normally do.

Do you mean foveated rendering? I think some developers aren't able to use it unfortunately die to engine limitations, skill or budget

@@DanFarrell98 Unreal Engine support for DFR has always worked very good. Unity DFR support was broken until a couple of months ago, so devs that use Unity had to implement DFR by themselves previously. But now there are not excuses, if not laziness. So I'm no longer paying for broken ports. And "Stride: Fate" uses UE4, so...

Maybe you should create your own gaming company, and then you can DO allllll the things YOU want. Stop telling billion dollar companies what they should do. Fkn toggaf
