That is one of the main purposes of Supreme Court. To undo mistakes of lower courts. Calcutta HC made a lazy horrible mindless judgement in this case. Instead of punishing the guilty party (TMC), they punished teachers instead, irrespective of whether they were guilty or not.

Selective and Duality of Judiciary exposed again and again during Modiji's regime . Judiciary should be checked its accountability by over hauling the Judicial System from lowest to Supreme Court. It appears that the judiciary specially High Courts & Supreme Court are under the clout of few selective judicial families & Advocates 👍
