Aww Mary, I hate to see you so sick! Its awful when the med side effects are nearly as bad (if not worse) than what they are treating. Im thanking the Lord that you have Peter and Ollie boy fighting along side of you. Peter, thank you so much for being such a good example of what a husband, caregiver, and man of God should look like. When I watch your videos I am encouraged by Mary’s strength through struggles that feel familiar to me, but I am also encouraged to see that there are men out there who’s love and compassion for their wives and the Lord transcends the frustration, stress, and grief that come with being both a spouse and caregiver. 💜

I feel for you both. Peter you must love that little girl a ton because it is hard to watch someone get so sick and be unable to help. I think the thing that helps Mary the most is just knowing that you love her so much. God be with you both and help you in all your troubles. a 'flare' is the perfect term for what you're describing with your infection . . . I'll always have my autoimmune diseases, but sometimes they get worse and I always term it a 'flare' . . . praying for things to get better for you

you guys are so strong its absolutely amazing how tough you are to just keep fighting no matter what. I'm writing a novel and my main character is battling a severe illness and I'm always coming back to your videos to use you guys as my inspiration. I just adore your relationship and how you make a great team. you lean on each other to always be so hopeful and believe that there will always be a better tomorrow. I'm considering naming two characters after you because your story has kept me writing to this point and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.

Ok I was going to surgery they gave me med I dream I woke up and my hand was blue and I started screaming in holding they put me to sleep

I remember a nurse placing a loving, caring hand on my back when I was in hospital with pneumonia and a severe asthma attack. The feeling is indescribable as to how much it helps. Do what you and your body needs to do, and that goes for you too Peter and Ollie! She needs both of you to stay healthy and as rested as you can be.

Oh poor Mary, I hope the next night will be better! I'm always keeping you in my thoughts. I had a sunstroke yesterday and felt miserable the whole day, I had the worst headache and felt really dizzy, the first thing I thought this morning when I woke up was your "I'm awake, I'm alive, and my head doesn't even hurt!"

Thanks for talking about your antibiotics regimen. I was wondering why you couldn't do them at home. Makes sense because of the schedule that they give the meds. I pray for relief and comfort for you sweet girl. I find it so strange and sad that your mother is not ever there to comfort you and help Peter when you go thru these crisis times. We have very different illnesses (I am a stage 4 colon cancer lifer at this point, going into year 5 of this recurrence) but I can relate to chronic infections that reach a peak & require a hospital stay with antibiotics. Then the lovely side effects. You still manage to glow & radiate a beautiful strength even in the darker moments. You both inspire me as individuals & as a couple... most of all though I am in awe of how beautiful your faith in the Lord is. I am very much a work in progress & a bit of a slacker as depression often holds me back. Watching you guys push forward & give it to the Lord definitely pushing me to work harder at doing so myself. Thank you for sharing your life & shiny souls with all of us. Please give Sir Pupness some love from me & I send hugs, love, & prayers out to you all.

I hate to see you so sick Mary, I pray for you and Peter everyday. I am sickly . I have copd and am on Oxygen 24/7. I love watching your channel. You have an amazing husband ,so do I he now has to do almost everything for me. But he takes his wedding vows very serious. We will be married 29 years next month. I hope you begin to feel yourself quickly. Love to you both.💕

sending prayers Mary and Peter. 14 years ago my then 16 year old daughter had a ruptured appendix. she was hospitalized for 31 days. your antibiotics were what Amanda was on also. she experienced lots of vomiting. they eventually put her on a strong med to help with it. wish there was more i could do for you. love you guys

I'll pray for you Mary!!!!! I will pray for you also Peter it's not just exhausting being a patient in the hospital it's also exhausting being a visitor. My mom had surgery in February and was in the hospital for two days and I was with her there for those two days and I was beyond exhausted!
