Absolutely amazing concert. I've been waiting for 25 years to the OG. Did not disappoint, despite the fact that it was 110 degrees at 10pm at night!

Dude totally! I never saw it as an option to see them without, Danzig. My best friend got me a pit tickets for my 40th and we drove in from San Diego. Bucket list shit. Oh, and 3 songs into their set, I took an accidental headbutt to the mouth and my teeth went through my lip. About 5 mins later, I was slowing a dude down who was about to face plant and dislocated my shoulder. Lol. Still epic. And can we talk about all the super hot punk rock mommies running around? Holy shit.

I was out there too. I don't know why they don't try to have concerts like this in the winter. What I thought was funny is they canceled a show at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater a couple weeks later because it was too hot. It was hotter the day the Misfits played.

The Mighty Misfits. I toured with them in the Michael Graves years but grew up on the Danzig original. I still have my large size Lucifuge cross necklace that I bought at 16 years old and one of Doyles coveted armbands. Im 49 now. There will never be another band like this. O.G. punk never dies.

I was at that concert. It was one of the hottest days of the year and was damn near 120 degrees. Fear opened the concert and he was wearing full black in the heat of the sun. It was memorable.

That was a way faster thicker sounding version than we got in Sacramento or Dallas ..I like it.they got Lombardo 🐐..and are utilizing his extra energy..I hope they do a couple arena tours .and put out an album in the next decade.I wanna follow them from town to townlike people did the Grateful Dead

It was a good show but the heat was miserable. It pretty much was 120 that day. I brought in a large bottle of water and within 20 minutes the water was like bath water. The band that surprised me was Fear. They put on a good show. It's too bad they opened because the crowd didn't turn out until the sun went down.

Danzig reunited with the Misfits in 2016 and they’ve done a few shows every year since. They’ve probably performed about 20 or so shows as of now.

Agree. I was there from Texas, and was at the Dallas show from the previous year. The Dallas crowd was nuts. The pit was insane. However, it was 110 degrees that night in Phoenix, so I'll give em that. ..but yeah weak af crowd here.
