In fandom terminology, as much as I'm aware, term 'gross' can be used to express something overly cute/adorable.

I loved this video. Not only did I love Misha and his kids in it I loved Vicki. I'm also pretty sure she was filming away from Misha at points as a joke. They're husband and wife...yeah they're gonna joke....
