What year WRX did you guys test fit this on? It will not fit my 2018 WRX. I watched this install video several times. Angling this way and that way. Too many things in the way on the firewall for this TMIC to fit. Fins got bent. Also, where you need to install the stock grommets are way thicker on this TMIC than they need be. Very disappointed.

Hello Mishimoto team. I got a top mount intercooler from you guys with my Sponsorship. I noticed that after I completed the installation with my friend that the intercooler and a lot of play as in when we turn on my 2019 wrx it was shaken alot. We shut the car off to double check everything to make sure everything was tight. After doing so we started it back up and same out come. Every one I have talked to said it should have came with it's own mounting brackets. That the oem one are to small for the big intercooler. I looked in my box it came with and I didnt see any so my question is do they come with the top mount intercooler or is that something sold separately?

Your intercooler would have come with two brackets but this would have been to adapt the stock engine cover to the intercooler. Please feel free to shoot an email to support@mishimoto.com and we would be happy to take a look and make sure something doesn't just need adjusting.

Safe for stock tune? Noticed PSI is lower with it on?

This is safe to run on a stock tune. However, due to the added volume of the cooler, you will see a drop in pressure as well as performance until the car is tuned to take advantage of the larger intercooler.
