I was the same with the depression when I was first diagnosed. I was lucky enough to have counselling twice as I don't think my girls would have a Mum now if I didn't have that. Would love a video on what aids you use. I made a mobility aids video but love to see what other people use incase there is something which will help me. Thank you for this!

Yes , please share ways you cope. Once I shared with a group of ladies the pain I suffered daily and after that no one in that circle ever spoke to me again.

I think unfortunately this is something that often happens I lost so many friends because of being unable to do the things they wanted me to. I hope that you have found people to connect with, many of my friends I have found through social media because they have the same illnesses as me. Sending you so much love xx

I wonder why people always try to cure our pain issues, or they always think we take to much pain meds, it seems healthy people seem to have all the answers . That really do nothing but make us feel bad. I feel much the same as you. I depend so much on my husband, thankfully he is very kind and loving. I lost all my friends, my family are my friends now. I have been disabled for 9 years now..I get no help from anyone except my husband. Please take care your adorable so glad I found you.

I know exactly how you feel, without my online community and my family I’d be very lonely, it’s so hard for healthy people to understand and that’s because of how our society views the disabled. Unless we can have an operation and feel better we are a burden, but that isn’t true we are important and we have so much to offer! I’m so glad you found me too xx

I say (fine) way to often. I’m always fine even when I am not.

I stopped doing that I now say I’m ok but in pain people often don’t know how to respond xx
