I want to thank you, Miss Bell. Your channel is one of my favorite ASMR channels. I love listening to your voice and learning. I wished my teachers in school were like you. I would have learned more.- James in Wisconsin

Wow, you got the pronunciation of Des Plaines correct! Everyone always says the ‘Des’ part with a silent ‘s’ like in ‘Des Moines.’ Drives us Des Plaines people crazy. Unfortunately they recently tore down that old McDonalds; it’s just an empty lot now.

You hit my big three 1950s events. Cheers. The first Nascar race at Daytona, the first hydrogen bomb Ivy Mike at 10.4 megatons... and the discovery of the Van Allen belt by James Van Allen. (Which we then promptly tested hydrogen bombs in and found out about silencing communications with EMP) cheers

My dad used to reminisce about growing up in the 50s. It was interesting to listen to, but could be very repetitive. Lots of rich history here.

I got so stressed today (it is my birthday) that I found myself saying out loud to the room when this video started just now "oh hi miss bell, thank you, you are lovely and you help me sleep..." And I realised I should probably say something rather than carry on pretending im too embarrassed to think about saying something. Thank you lovely x

This is my favorite lesson theme from your channel. I think you should stick with your soft spoken voice though. Personally, I think your natural voice is more relaxing.
