When Rafa talked about being around to many people makes him feel anxious I felt that! I feel the same way and that’s why I’m always carrying my headphones with me so I can listen to music and I feel better.

you can also get to point within yourself when you dont even need headphones,you can just zone out and shut out anything you want.not preaching joga or meditation just happened to me long time ago and i can do it anytime i want.TRY

They are both such genuine people and hearing them talk about all the issues of the woolf with such passion and respect was beautiful. Just started watching 911 lone star a month ago and these two have such a beautiful love story. Rob Lowe brought me to it cannot wait for season 5. Joyous to see how the interview has elements of their own private character and life (character, experience, ideals & opinions), while they play also a bit their roles,. They keep the phantasies of many of the viewers alive. I don't care with who they sleep in their private time, what I liked above many other things is that Ronen mentions that he likes the quote 'we need to practice love, compassion and honesty'. This is indeed what Jesus, Buddha and some others taught us, not for their sake, but it is the only way to get out of our darkness and sadness.

also what I wanted to add, if I would meet Ronan personally I would recommend him also to focus on wisdom (things don't exist from their own side) besides compassion, when I heard him speaking about Bon Marley, how it really affects him. What a wonderful guys to be so thoughtful: interested in the essence of life, the lives of others, making life meaningful in these times and strive for a better world.

The reason wisdom, and intellectual reasoning, is also important is because emotions come and go. Now you have your momentum as famous actor and public, but it can diminish, and outer circumstances look good (like Biden has been chosen in the meantime; as European I am just an observer) on human rights and less egoistic crap. But when you feel like someone without power and outer situations are difficult, like no seems to hear you, then emotions are difficult to bear. My ordination master his favorite quote is: 'NEVER GIVE UP'. Too many people take then their refuge in alcohol, drugs, other addictions and sarcasm. You need wisdom to use your mind power to its best for the sake of a greater goal above our personal interest and situation. Hope many young Americans like Ronan and Rafael will stand up during these challenging times and never give up to fight for those who are discriminated, bullied and those who need support!

Well I know how it was to survive Hurricane Sandy as I was from NJ at the time. The Hurricane hit on my real wedding anniversary and we had a dog named Sandy. Though anyway some one was looking out for us that day as we had power the whole time. Though next door and all around for miles everyone lost power with the falling trees. I was so scared to drive down the high way and wished there were more overpasses to turn around as traffic lights were out. Roads floods. So Ronen I couldn’t definitely feel your pain and sadness but looks like someone too was looking out for your family and saved your dog. Great q&a love you both and love #tarlos❤️
