I just got an email that my ofc appointment has been cancelled and my consulte interview is on September this year and im not able to reschedule my ofc appointment before my consulte interview what shoud i do

Hi. We need help. I was I’ll and missed my appointment. I’ve been calling the contact centre to reschedule but I can’t speak to a person and the robot option does not give a reschedule option.

Happen to me today now I came here to see what will happen I’m in contact with my attorney I’ll reply the results it’s really harsh cause they exactly said that if you miss the appointment before notifying they might delay or deny your case I’m very frustrated right now

I didn't meeting up with dste they gave me to go for my biometric cus of work.. And i have written to them through there webform, waiting for der reply
